Mike Tyson began his second week in prison Thursday byvolunteering for work assignments and cooperating with an educationassessment, correction officials said.
"He's adjusting to incarceration very well," Indiana Departmentof Correction spokesman Kevin Moore said. "He's very polite, verycooperative."
The 25-year-old former heavyweight champion was sentenced lastweek to six years in prison following his conviction on rape andcriminal deviate conduct charges. He was found guilty of assaultingDesiree Washington, a Miss Black America beauty pageant contestant,in his Indianapolis hotel room last July.
